Open your inbox in the morning.
Find only what's waiting for you.
InSortio moves newsletters, notifications and first messages from strangers into folders right inside your mailbox. People stay in the inbox, routine waits, and at 5 pm a digest arrives. You keep working in Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail or on your phone.
- No credit card
- Nothing deleted permanently
- In your own mail app
Folders are created in your mailbox, not in another app. So the order shows up everywhere:
- Outlook
- Thunderbird
- Apple Mail
- Gmail on the web
- Seznam
- Mail on your phone
Three things that will be different from tomorrow.
InSortio doesn't change your address or your mail app. It changes what you see first in the inbox.
- 01
The inbox is for people only.
People you correspond with stay on top. Newsletters go to @Novinky, notifications and receipts to @Pozdeji, and the first message from a stranger waits in @Cekarna.
- 02
Routine waits. Nothing is deleted.
The folders live in your mailbox and the messages stay in them. When you move a message somewhere else, InSortio remembers the sender and files them the same way next time.
- 03
A digest arrives in the evening.
At the time you choose, you get an email with everything that was set aside — up to four times a day, weekdays only if you like. One click returns a message, marks it read or archives it.
You teach it by moving a message.
No setup. Move a message to another folder in your own mail app and within five minutes InSortio remembers where mail from that sender belongs. Try it:

What we see, and what we never do.
Sorting needs only the sender, subject and headers. Your mail stays with your provider; we only move it between folders.
What we store
- Sender, subject and where the message went — for 30 days.
- Learned senders and your rules.
- The mailbox password, encrypted; deleted when you disconnect.
What we don't do
- We never delete permanently. A message reaches Trash only if you set it up.
- We send nothing unless you turn it on. Drafts wait in the Drafts folder.
- We read message text only if you turn on AI, the digest excerpt or a rule on the text.
Priced by the number of mailboxes. Nothing else.
The first 30 days are free with everything including AI. Then a plan by how many mailboxes you connect; AI is an optional add-on per mailbox.

What people ask before connecting.
With any mailbox that supports IMAP — business hosting, Seznam, your own servers. Gmail and Microsoft 365 currently need an app password; sign-in with Google and Microsoft is in the works.
No. The folders are created right in the mailbox, so you see them in Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail and on your phone. InSortio has no mail-reading app of its own.
Move the message where it belongs. InSortio learns where to put mail from that sender. Nothing is lost — everything stays in your mailbox.
Not for sorting; the sender, subject and headers are enough. Text is only read by features you turn on yourself: AI, the digest excerpt and rules on the text. The excerpt is stored for 30 days, at most 300 characters; full messages never are.
Yes. When connecting, choose “Watch only”: InSortio moves nothing and only shows where it would file each message. Turn sorting on once you're happy.
Disconnect the mailbox in settings. Sorting stops and the folders and messages stay as they are. Subscriptions never renew by themselves.
Tomorrow morning your inbox could be half empty.
Connecting a mailbox takes two minutes. For the first 30 days you get everything, AI included.
